Greens Culinary Group, founded by Chef Josh Green and Lauren Green, is a family-owned company based in Las Vegas. Specializing in creating unforgettable culinary experiences, the group caters to a diverse range of events, from private dining to intimate weddings and corporate gatherings. Executive Chef Josh Green, known for his successful catering ventures and contributions to 12 restaurant brands in Las Vegas, brings a unique touch to events. Originally from New York, he studied Hospitality Management at UNLV and worked as a personal chef for numerous celebrities, including basketball players, UFC fighters, CEOs, rock bands, and DJs.

From the kitchen to the event floor, Josh is always present—designing menus, overseeing service, and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. For him, excellence isn’t just a standard—it’s a promise.
With a history of fine dining in New York and extensive experience working with celebrities and socialites, Chef Josh Green founded his own company, Green's Gourmet, in 2006. His culinary journey in Las Vegas included positions at prominent establishments like Mandalay Bay's Aureole, Boa Steakhouse at Caesar’s, and Daniel Boulud Brasserie at the Wynn Las Vegas. Josh's expertise extends to touring with and preparing meals for renowned celebrities and events, including Grammy Award winning musicians and UFC fighters, as well as prestigious awards shows like the Billboard Music Awards.
